Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Average Down Calculator app (the "Service") provided by Twinkle AI Labs (the "Operator"), and set out the rights and obligations of the Operator and its users. Twinkle AI Labs is not a company — it is the name under which an individual builds and runs these apps.

2. Changes to these Terms

1. These Terms take effect when posted within the Service or at an address designated by the Operator.
2. The Operator may amend these Terms, announcing any amendment together with its effective date in advance.
3. Amendments unfavourable to users are announced at least 30 days before they take effect.

3. What the Service does

The Operator provides the following functions.

• Calculates your new average price from your current holdings and an additional purchase (averaging down)
• Organises calculations per stock, and stores and lists your calculation history

All calculations and history live on your device.

4. Nature of the results

Every figure shown by the Service is an arithmetic result derived from the values you enter. It is not investment advice and not a recommendation to trade. Results do not reflect actual execution prices, fees, or taxes. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions and their outcomes.

5. Ads

The Service may show ads so it can stay free. What is collected for ads is disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

6. Your obligations

You must not do any of the following.

• Reverse-engineer the Service, or copy and distribute it without permission
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• Infringe the rights of others

7. Limitation of liability

The Operator is not liable for failures to provide the Service caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters or network outages.
