Privacy Policy

1. Your documents never leave your device

The PDFs and images you choose, the text read by OCR, the summaries produced by document analysis, and any password you enter to unlock a file are all handled entirely on your device. They are never sent to the Operator's servers, and the Operator cannot see them. A password you enter is used only at the moment the lock is removed, and is not stored anywhere.

Your "My Files" list and your theme and language settings are stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them — there is no separate backup.

2. Document analysis runs on a model inside your device

"Analyze a document" reads the text out of a PDF, summarizes it, and points out things like dates, amounts and contacts. Both the reading and the summarizing happen entirely on your device — the document, the extracted text and the resulting summary never leave it.

The summary is produced by an on-device model that Android already ships with. The Operator does not bundle that model in the app; on a device where it is not ready yet, the Android system downloads it once from Google. What travels in that download is the model file only — your documents are never sent with it. The download is performed by the system, not by this app, and the related processing follows the Google Privacy Policy.

On devices that do not support the on-device model, this feature is not shown in the app at all.

3. What is collected for ads

This app shows Google AdMob ads so it can stay free. To serve ads and prevent click fraud, Google may collect:

• Advertising ID (a resettable identifier assigned to your device)
• IP address and approximate region
• Device model and operating system version
• Records of ads viewed or tapped

This collection and use follows the Google Privacy Policy. Your documents, OCR results, analysis and summary results, and the passwords you enter are never transmitted with ads. If you purchase "Remove ads", no ads are shown and none of the above collection takes place.

4. You can turn it off and delete it yourself

In your device's "Settings › Privacy › Ads" you can reset or delete your Advertising ID. Deleting it turns off personalised ads; unrelated ads are shown instead.

5. Not directed at children

This app is not designed for children under 16, and the Operator does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
